2. Products

We sell coloring t-shirts designed specifically for children. The designs are original and intended for creative and educational use. Each product comes with or without accessories (e.g., markers), depending on the description. Embroidered and personalized products are designed according to your needs. Everything is made by a Quebec artisan. Please be sure to follow the care instructions carefully.

3. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to availability.

Prices are listed in CAD, excluding applicable taxes as per current regulations. Total taxes will be shown at checkout.

Payment is required at the time of ordering. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are estimated at the time of order and may vary depending on destination.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties (e.g. carriers, customs).

Please note that due to production times, some products may take between 3-8 weeks to be delivered.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Products can be returned within 14 days if unused and in their original packaging.

Personalized or colored items are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-exchangeable.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part.

6. Use of drawings

The designs and visuals provided are protected by copyright and are exclusively reserved for personal and non-commercial use. Any reproduction or distribution without written authorization is prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. Limitation of liability

We will not be liable in any way for any indirect or consequential damages related to the use of our products or our site.
